As a veteran community health and treatment services advocate, Lee has dedicated his life to helping people battle addiction. Lee is the founder and CEO of Signature Health, Inc. in Cleveland, an organization he opened in 1993—it was then known as North Coast Center—motivated by Lee’s recovery from substance use disorder at age 17. Signature Health is now a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center serving all ages, with a team of 1,040 employees offering mental health, addiction recovery, primary care, infectious disease, dental, and pharmacy services to more than 30,000 patients across Northeast Ohio in outpatient and residential settings. Born and raised in Cleveland, Lee is a licensed and instrument-rated pilot. He also enjoys playing golf and the hobby of computer programming, and likes traveling and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

With 38 years in recovery, Lee says the work of the OneOhio Recovery Foundation Board is something near and dear to his heart, making it a pleasure to serve Ohio as a board member.
