Chief Executive Officer of the Mental Health Recovery Board of Clark, Greene & Madison Counties for the past eight years, Mayer is honored to be a member of a board dedicated to addressing the trauma and devastation caused by the opioid epidemic. While pleased with the board’s progress so far, Mayer says she won’t rest until the regions who know best how to address their needs receive the funding they require. She looks forward to lifting up local voices with thoughtfulness, intentionality, and commitment for the long road ahead. Mayer graduated from Wittenberg University with a degree in psychology before attending the University of Dayton to study clinical psychology Mayer later completed doctorate work in counseling at the University of Cincinnati.
