Statewide Board Director - Speaker of the Ohio House Appointee

A third-term state legislator in the state House of Representatives serving Ohio’s 40th House District—including portions of Montgomery County—Plummer formerly served for 15 years as the elected Montgomery County Sheriff. To his role on the OneOhio Foundation board, Plummer also brings unique experiences from his executive training at The FBI National Academy, The FBI National Executive Institute, and the Secret Service Executive Leadership Academy. Born and raised in Montgomery County, Plummer is a proud graduate of Chaminade Julienne High School and the University of Toledo. Plummer resides in Dayton with his wife Cindy, where he is active in his local church and the Dayton community.
