Jim Quinn
Finance Manager
As OneOhio’s finance manager, Quinn is responsible for the Foundation’s financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, banking, investments, financial reports, and audits. He brings extensive experience to the role, with 38 years in budgeting and financial management, including 11 years as the Chief Financial Officer for the Ohio Department of Education. Quinn has dedicated his career to public service and improvements in the lives of Ohioans, especially children. A graduate of Marietta College and Xavier University, Quinn and his wife, Patricia, reside in Delaware. They have four children and seven grandchildren.
Like too many Ohioans, Quinn’s family has been directly impacted by opioid addiction and has struggled to find help in a fractured system. He views his role with OneOhio as an opportunity to continue his public service through the important and much-needed work to address Ohio’s ongoing and deadly opioid epidemic.
