Dear Region X Partners:

The OneOhio Recovery Foundation’s Region X Board, which covers NAME(s) counties, has been working hard with leaders from across our area in preparation for the Foundation’s first-ever Regional Grant process, set to launch on Monday, March 4th.

A careful, thorough effort has been made to create a new grantmaking process to help support prevention, treatment, and recovery efforts in every corner of Ohio. We encourage partners like you to consider applying for grants that can help our community both recover from the opioid epidemic and become more resilient going forward.

All important information about the 2024 Regional Grant Cycle will be posted on OneOhio’s new Grant Headquarters webpage: OneOhioFoundation.com/Grants.

Here are a few key dates:

• Monday, March 4: 2024 Regional Grant RFP will be posted on the Grant HQ webpage and prospective applicants can access the registration form on the OneOhio Grant Portal;

• Tuesday, April 2: 2024 Regional Grant application will go live in the OneOhio Grant Portal;

• Friday, May 3: Applications due in the OneOhio Grant Portal.

We encourage you to visit the Grant HQ site and to sign up for updates from the Foundation to ensure you get all the latest information about new grant funding opportunities. We look forward to working with local partners like you to maximize the one-time resources our state is receiving from the pharmaceutical industry as part of the national opioid epidemic legal settlements.

The opioid epidemic and other related challenges have devastated individuals, families, and communities, and it’s a problem that cannot be solved overnight, nor can it be solved alone. Ohio heals, recovers and grows stronger together and we hope you will consider applying for resources that can help all of us combat this challenge together.

Sincerely,
